It has been said that i have an old soul. I enjoy old school songs, granny styled sweaters, and my favorite part about this tripe has been just sitting and relaxing on the bus. Half our time is spent on the bus, it’s starting to fell like a second home. This paticular bus ride has allowed me to see sceneries that most people never get a chance or take the time to see. A farm with sheep running around there home, lively lights shining through dark tunnels, and jagged trees that when seperatly you might never have noticed them but together they make excuised patterns . I enjoy it most when there is not a single sound on the bus, everyones asleep except for me. I’m left to enjoy the passing cars go buy; running color’s mixing into blurs. It’s always fun when we are passing through a sort of plain area, and for a split second im able to catch a glimpse of a beautiful sort of insignifacant shot; that normally anyone might have missed if not looking at it close enough. It’s beautiful to me that im given the opprotunity to see images and places that have there own personality shine through.

I love the characters we met in NYC. Ever person we saw had there own song to sing, literally every one had a musical ability!!! ON the subway there was a blues quartet , on the street there was a miraco band , and in central park there was a saxaphone player. My favorite character of course is THE WIZ. No it’s not a bodily function, he is the unaficual wizard of New York. To learn more about it watch me and Kels package story.

Were going to New York tonight!!! Just kidding that definitely didn’t happen on account of a series of unfortunate events (not the movie). It’s all good though, my fellow peers and i have not let this disappointment get us down, we decided to band together use our excellent broadcasting skills and…. well … order takeout. Don’t judge us we’ve had a long bus ride !!!! :] Props though to my girls Chelsea and Lindsey they could find a story in a snow storm; actually a snow storm would make a good story .
I’ve decided i love traveling to city’s that I have never been to before. It makes me feel like a different person, when i go to new places like chicago or cleveland. It’s hard to explain instead of just being Holly from spring field missouri i turn into someone like Jenafer Garner from the movie Thirteen going on Thirty, or Reese Witherspoon from the movie Sweet Home Alabama. Ok well maybe that example doesn’t make sense to all people, but it will to any sixteen year old girl lol. Anyway the main point of this is that i highly encourage traveling to new places, you never know when it inspires you for the better.
Well our class is going to more places than New York, but I felt using New York in my title sounded cool. I am sooo excited to be traveling to areas like Chicago, Washington, and Virginia Beach on spring break. It will definitely be an experience I won’t forget. To be honest I haven’t really gotten the chance to “see the world yet” so to speak and I’m looking on this trip as sort of a coming of age adventure. Trust me when you grow up in Springfield, Missouri and the most entertaining thing for you to do is go cow tipping this trip feels like a foreign country. More importantly I want to be able to come home and rub it in my sister’s face that I’ve been to Time Square . My only prayer is that I will be able to channel my inner Jackie Chan and kick whoever tries to take my money in the rear end!!!
